Alessi Car Design maintains the old

men are assigned to build your AR-1.

The exterior appearance of your AR-1 is visually stunning. Equally impressive is
the extraordinary care taken in construct-
ing the undercarriage. The chassis of each

AR-1 is constructed of eleven gauge steel and is welded with a tensile strength of 100,000 pounds per square inch. Upon completion of the chassis, it is coated
with polyurethane to prevent corrosion and rust. Before delivery, it is fully undercoated for additional peace of
mind and a lifetime of driving pleasure. Attention to safety equals the attention to craftsmanship at Alessi Car Design.
We start with the highest quality 4-wheel power assist disc brakes, quartz ionized headlamps, and a box tube roll bar
integrated into the passenger canopy. We then add a stainless steel fuel cell for the maximum in safety.

The AR-1 body is further evidence of
our emphasis on personal safety. Each body is hand-laid fiberglass with steel reinforcements at key stress points. The body is strong enough to sustain the same extraordinary stress as a boat hull. In addition to the standard safety inspection checks of each AR-1 during assembly, there are twelve additional major safety inspections. Also, before a delivery the vehicle is road tested to insure that it will meet your approval in every way.

The cockpit of your AR-1 is fitted for
your specific requirements for headroom, legroom, and seating. As with any true custom sports car, you will need to specify your vision of instrumentations and dash-board layout. Interior colors, fabrics and other details will be integrated
into the final design.
